REFUND POLICY

At LA to Southbay Notary & Testing, refunds are not available once a test has been performed or if DNA kits or supplies have been shipped. Any appointment can be cancelled up to 24 hours prior to testing.

Cancellation Fees

Same-Day Cancellations: Appointments cancelled on the day of service are subject to a $50 administration service fee.
After-Birth DNA Testing: If a payment is made in full and the appointment is later canceled, it will be subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
Non-Invasive Prenatal DNA Testing: Cancellations for non-invasive before-birth prenatal testing will incur a $225 non-refundable cancellation fee.

Sample Recollection

If sample recollection is required and the participant is unable or unwilling to comply, no refund will be issued. However, the test can be rescheduled.

Estimated Test Completion Times

Estimated test completion times are discussed at scheduling and confirmed during testing. While results are typically delivered on time, occasional delays may occur.

Non-Refundable Conditions

No refunds shall be issued if services have been completed or if your DNA kit or supplies have been shipped.
No refund shall be issued if cancellation of services is made more than 48 hours after payment.
Once testing is initiated, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

Refunds may be considered at the discretion of LA to Southbay Notary & Testing and may be subject to administrative and handling fees. Partial payments and deposits are non-refundable.
