2.1 Copies of test results are sent to the Client via email and U.S. mail upon request. LA to Southbay Notary & Testing, its affiliates, contractors, distributors, and suppliers are not responsible for any reaction a person may have upon receiving results.

2.2 Order information and test results are accessible by the Client and may also be accessed by a test participant’s legal guardian when the participant is a minor or a legally incompetent adult.

2.3 We may use email and/or text messaging to convey order status. Since these communication methods may not be fully confidential, we strive to use the minimum necessary amount of personal information when doing so. By using our services, the Client accepts the risks associated with email and text messaging communication.

2.4 All data, forms, and customer information submitted to LA to Southbay Notary & Testing will be securely stored in hardcopy and/or electronic form. Case access may be provided to the Client, our company, and government agencies as required by applicable laws and accreditation guidelines. We may also provide this information to contractors assisting in service provision.

3. Third-Party Involvement

5.1 LA to Southbay Notary & Testing disclaims all statutory and implied warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

5.2 We do not warrant:

  • That our services will meet the expectations of the Client;
  • That our services will be free from minor defects or errors that do not materially affect the accuracy of the results.

5.3 In no event shall LA to Southbay Notary & Testing, its contractors, officers, agents, employees, representatives, vendors, affiliates, distributors, or suppliers be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from services provided to the Client.

5.4 Liability for any claim related to our services shall be limited to either re-performing the services at no additional cost or refunding the amount received for the services. Under no circumstances shall our liability exceed the payment received for services rendered.

5.5 The Client understands that test results may reveal unexpected or sensitive information, which could have social, legal, or economic implications. The Client assumes all responsibility for any impact resulting from the test results, and LA to Southbay Notary & Testing shall not be held liable for any consequences thereof.

6. Updates to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and Clients are encouraged to review the policy periodically.
